The tree is made of rebar and 1018 steel. Each leaf on the tree was hand made on stream and is stamped with a unique serial number. Each leaf is also stamped with the name of a subscriber, donor or supporter of the stream. In total there are 75 leaves on the tree. The branches were hand bent from rebar and then stick welded together.
