Bit box is white oak with 1/8″ finger joints. Bit trays were custom cut in pine bottoms for each auger bit using cove bits in router table. Knobs/pulls are solid brass. Solid brass screws for French cleat. Tray separators and back are poplar. French cleat display is baltic birch plywood backing with plywood shelf and decorative pine supports. Stain is brown mahogany with amber shellac. French cleat finished in clear shellac. This took the whole two months. I had to make a jig to cut the finger joints on the table saw.
